Refunds Policy

  • Refunds only through cash/cheque/ bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • No reduction from the Meal Plan / Package price can be claimed in case any meals / activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
  • Rooms booked can’t be downgraded and upgrades are possible subject to availability and payment of the difference in tariffs.
  • Rann Riders by Kaafila reserves the right to make changes to your room selection.

    If your room is downgraded, the difference will be refunded.
