The restaurant is named after the state bird of Gujarat (The Flamingo), and has a menu that caters to a refined and discerning palate. The offerings range from robust local fare to light delicacies that are highly nutritious.
The restaurant mainly offers a Buffet, with live stations at Breakfast. We also provide an imaginative and well-curated menu in our A-La-Carte section, which includes everything from vegetarian options to superb seafood procured fresh from our specialist vendors.

With a little prior intimation, we can arrange an exclusive dining experience alongside the pristine river embankments or at the edge of the vast flatlands of the Rann. We create a beautiful yet simple temporary setup for the guests to take in the scenery while indulging in choice delicacies.
