Cancellation Policy
- 0% of Total Invoice will be retained as cancellation charge if canceled 45 days or more prior to check in date.
- 25% of Total Invoice will be retained as cancellation charge if canceled 45 -30 days prior to check in date.
- 50% of Total Invoice will be retained as cancellation charge if canceled 30 -15 days prior to check in date.
- 100% of Total Invoice will be retained as cancellation charge if canceled within 14 days of check in date.
- Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.
- In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.
- In the unfortunate event of a positive Covid-19 RT-PCR report prior to check-in, Rann Riders by Kaafila will offer a credit note without a cancellation charge (evidenced by a copy of the + test report)
